We have just returned home after our stay at Falcon Brae Villa. We feel as though we've spent the last few days floating on a cloud. What an incredible experience!The villa has had no expenses spared. From the layout of the building itself, interior filled with perfectly styled furniture and beautiful local artwork. Every inch of this property is the epitome luxury NZ.Our wonderful chef served us his mouthwatering creations through a four course nightly dinner and extensive breakfasts. We will be reminiscing about these for years to come!Every member of staff was warm and welcoming with any request or suggestion met with a positive response and a smile. Everyone is oozing with local knowledge and is passionate about the area.Thank you to all the staff for their part in making our stay an experience we will cherish for the rest of our lives.There is absolutely no doubt we will be back!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay, can’t fault it. Luke was an amazing host, and we are so grateful for his compassion and helpfulness especially when mum unfortunately had a medical emergency in the middle of the night during our stay.You will be well looked after here!

It was a lovely park with clean facilities. Each campsite is separated by bushes, which helps with privacy. The campsites are relatively large, so plenty of space for your family. They have unisex showers as well as a couple of showers in the toilets that were separated by gender. Big kitchen with plenty of hobs and cooking space as well as outside bbq’s.The woman in reception were lovely and very helpful.They have a board outside that says when the tide would be out and the exact time to go to the hot springs. You can rent a spade there or get one free with being a member.As the village is quiet and small, they had a small shop in at reception which is good for convenience but can be quite pricey.They Had a park for the kids to play on as well as fun bikes.Showers only lasted 5 minutes hot before timing out. That’s fine as you can press the button again. The only annoying thing about this was that it was outside of your shower, so you had to get out to press it and get back in.Overall a good experience.

Rooms were very clean and tidy and well equipped with all essential items while being away, great to have the bbq to cook on. Lovely gardens and big yard for kids to play on. Beach is just a 2 minute walk away. Wade and Kim are great hosts plus their lovely children

Beautiful, peaceful, clean park. Surrounded by trees & native birds, it's really quite idyllic. Lots of space for kids to run & play. The facilities are well equipped & clean. It's a lovely park.Staff are friendly & helpful.There isn't much to do around the park (unless you go for a drive) except hot water beach - which isn't ideal for swimming, a swimming pool would be a massive asset for this park, particularly for the kids. We found the playground also more suited to young children, still our kids had plenty to do.The only downside for us was our park neighbor who blasted gangster rap music all day long & smoked endless amounts of weed.Other than that a good stay & would recommend.

We're gutted with our booking experience with this company for their property 'Riverview Retreat'. We've been unable to make our booking due to COVID Level 4 lockdown and can't rebook as half our family is returning to the States in early September. They're stinging us with $470 worth of fees. Who knew it cost that much to administrate an online booking?! We'd recommend against booking with them which is a shame as we've supported them in the past.

Awesome place to stay family friendly has lots of Pīwakawaka and Tui flying around and tuna (eel) in the stream. The rooms are comfortable and have cooking facilities in room there is a washing machine and dryer you are able to use. Bathrooms are well laid out and practical with a great shower. It is also a short walk to the beach which is a great place to spend some time.

I love the gardens here including the fruit trees. So close to the beach and Wade and Kimberly Zara are excellent hosts. Summer lovely.Quiet and private setting.Beautiful eels in the creek under the new bridge.
