Oreti River House
Beautiful location and extremely comfortable accommodation. Fantastic fly fishing for big brown trout close to lots of rivers and streams. Lumsden is a friendly country town with local pub, supermarket, cafes and shops.

Oreti River House
We booked both Oreti River House and Rod & Wheel (next door) for a large family holiday. Oreti House is modern and comfortable, surrounded by beautiful gardens. The children loved playing in the garden and there were lots of games in the cupboards. Sitting around the fire pit and watching the night sky was very special. The owners have made the house feel very welcoming. Fantastic fly fishing on lots of nearby rivers. We rented bikes from the owners and rode from Lumsden to Five Rivers Cafe along the old railway which has been converted to a bike track.
