Was a busy stat day (holiday) and the toilet was poorly maintained with one toilet out of order and the other failing to flush.I'm sure it is fixed now but surely when you have peak numbers of travellers contingency plans for breakdowns could be made.

Work is required urgently to upgrade the toilets. The door handle to the only private toilet was rotten & coming off. The toilet itself was disgusting. The whole facility needs to be rebuilt ( cf new toilets in Roxburgh)

no soap, they actually wrote BYO SOAP... I was traveling from dunedin to roxburgh... i didn't have my own soap.. which during covid is terrifying that milton council hadn't supplied it in a PUBLIC restroom

The toilets were popular and steadily used while we were there. They weren't clean and no soap. Strange in these times of Covid where hygiene critical.

Worst toilets I have seen for a long time. They need a complete upgrade and notice to say wash hands to prevent covid but no hand wash supplied.

Great new toilet block. Just test the door lock as on lock and it was opened from the outside handle!
