Rob is a wealth of knowledge. I am a repeat customer, each time he works on anything for me be it a minor set-up to a full refret and more, it comes back better than I had thought possible.I highly recommend, very thorough and professional.

I had a great chat with Rob when I dropped off my guitar and he is super friendly and highly knowledgeable. He replaced a broken nut and did a full refret on my vintage Ibanez Les Paul and it plays amazing now. Luthier Sylvie did such wonderful work on the restoration and set-up on my 273 year-old English violin. After having a horrific accident with my violin previously, I took it in and we discussed all possible solutions on the method of repairing my instrument in a traditional manner. She then took into account my considerations and desires about sound. And was very happy to do all the necessary adjustments to the sound-post, bridge, tailpiece etc... to my violin to get the best possible playability and sound out of it. I couldn't of been happier!
