Nappy Service

I went to this store by chance during my Auckland trip. I had friendly services and quality goods indeed, and the location was also good. I didn't need to drive anywhere else for other shopping.

I have been using Kiddicare since my son was 4 months old, we made the switch in the hope we could solve the problem of waking at night due to wet throughs. This was our 4th brand to try as at the time it wasn’t available at my local supermarket. My boy is almost 2 years old now and we still live in these nappies. Hands down the best! He sleeps 12-13 hours a night with no leaks. We couldn’t be happier! We also use the fragrance free wipes due to sensitive skin problems and they leave him fresh without any irradiations! Cannot recommended them enough. Thanks team.

We love these very lovely made night nappies and pul covers. They fit so well and dry fast. Prints are to die for. And she even does custom if you are looking for a particular print. Love supporting a small nz business

Completely compostable nappies that are super soft and absorbent, love these! Snap wraps hold the nappy in place instead of plastic sticky tabs and come in cool designs. Recommend getting more than one snap wrap so you can have a spare when washing. These are great overnight if you’re using reusables during the day. Feels good to be doing something for the planet rather than sending more rubbish to landfill.

First of all, let me say that the nappies themselves are great. Very absorbent and the fact that they are 100% compostable is what drew me to the product in the first place. Unfortunately, the service from this business is bordering on diabolical. Order at your own risk, because the nappies may or may not ever arrive. I've had to chase them every time but emailing produces either a very very slow response or no response at all, and the phone number goes to voicemail. When they did respond one day, not all of my questions were addressed as I had enquired further about the composting facility, which, as mentioned in a previous review, seems to be permanently closed and defeats the object. I was informed that the pee nappies can be composted at home instead, and after some research (as I like to be as green as possible) realised that this would take a huge container followed by a lot of time and effort to maintain effectively. A luxury I'm sure most parents of babies and toddlers can't afford. The concept is fantastic as I have been unable to find any other nappies in NZ that are 100% biodegradable which is why I have ordered more than once, but with such terrible service and communication I feel I may have to stop bothering. A sad thing as the world needs more products like this.

I am a first time cloth nappy used and could not be happier with our bear and moo osfm purchase that started us off. They arrived quickly and I was able to find great info on their website about using and caring for our nappies to get the most out of them. I'm definitely hooked and will be using bear and moo for the rest of my reusable nappy needs.

Queen of the night nappies! We are so chuffed with ours - it lasts our super heavy wetter all night and isn’t ridiculously bulky. Slowly replacing our night stash with all SawSewRy goodies :)
