picked up my ring ( very sentimental, left to me from my late mother) it was there to get the claws replaced around a garnet. got out to my car after collecting and noticed the garnet in a plastic bag stapled to the paper bag with a note saying garnet fell apart on removing. always a risk with softer stones" problem is

I was not happy the way they dealt with my new watch. It was a new gold Hilfiger watch gifted to me, and I was asking them to put a new batteries on it. I was so devastated and shocked seeing my watch with a scratch when it came back to me. The staff carelessly tried so many attempts to open the back of my watch to the point that it leaves a very obvious mark and scratch it.One staff came to me saying I could not open the back of the watch to put a battery on it.
