Lancewood Lodge
I enjoyed my stay!Bulls is located a nice distance between Wellington and Auckland, and gave us a chance to get to Auckland comfortably in one day after arriving in Wellington on the ferry. So I'd recommend the location for people on the same journey. The lodge was very tidy, with a great garden, and some cool cats casually hanging about. Beds were very comfy, and everything that we could have needed was at hand. The host Rhys was really friendly, and welcomed us after a last minute booking as we arrived late at night, just before the office closing time at 10pm.I'd definitely recommend staying here!

Scott's Steelworkz Ltd
Scott provided a fast and effective solution to a broken bracket that secured a sun shade to the house. High winds snapped the bracket from the soffit, resulting in the sun shade flapping around wildly across the deck. The replacement one needed to be in stainless steel, as I live by the sea. The result is a 12mm strong and durable version, much stronger than the original. Scott and his team rushed the job through ahead of Christmas so I could enjoy shade over summer. I would thoroughly recommend Scott's Steelworkz.

Thank you Maria for rescuing the Gottfried Lindauer that has been in my family for generations. The painting is of the White Hart Hotel in Taranaki which was owned by my great grandmother, then by my grandfather, and was the childhood home of my mother. Lindauer stayed at the White Hart sometime shortly after his arrival in NZ and made this painting before he became known. The painting is not only a treasured family heirloom, but also a small piece of New Zealand's History. In the 1960s my grandfather had the painting restored, but the job was poorly executed and resulted in some cracking and other significant problems. Maria's painstaking restoration has not only fixed these problems, but fully rejuvenated the painting! Maria, my family are very grateful for your expert and careful work which is beyond what we expected. It was also a pleasure to meet you! Thank you from all of us!

UXBRIDGE Arts & Culture
The Acrylic Paint Pouring was my first workshop at Uxbridge. The class sizes were perfect, plenty of space at the table and to move around the room. The length of time was just right too.Excellent teacher with lots of knowledge to share about the products, methods and was happy to answer any questions we had.Thoroughly loved the class and will certainly be back. Well done!!
