picked up my ring ( very sentimental, left to me from my late mother) it was there to get the claws replaced around a garnet. got out to my car after collecting and noticed the garnet in a plastic bag stapled to the paper bag with a note saying garnet fell apart on removing. always a risk with softer stones" problem is

I was not happy the way they dealt with my new watch. It was a new gold Hilfiger watch gifted to me, and I was asking them to put a new batteries on it. I was so devastated and shocked seeing my watch with a scratch when it came back to me. The staff carelessly tried so many attempts to open the back of my watch to the point that it leaves a very obvious mark and scratch it.One staff came to me saying I could not open the back of the watch to put a battery on it. Found them more expensive than expected for jewelery fixes. My sister was looking for advice on what to do with a broken necklace but disappointedly done given. Won't be back

Beautiful handcrafted clothing, gifts, jewellery, and a shop u really need to set aside a good hour or so to visit!! Staff lovely and knowledgeable, repairs of watches and other jewellery no problem for them. A lovely family owned business thriving in Addington. Highly recommend!!

This is not the place to go get jewellery fixed . They say something and charge something else . The rudeness is shocking . I was told different prices every time . Go to Huges directly . He is a respected person . The women in that place are a shocker . Rip off . Please never go there . I will never recommend anyone to this shocking place . Terrible n horrible. The worst place for repair . Worst place to be . Never ever in my life I ever want to see those women . They just pretend they know what they are doing . Biggest rip offs
