Love the pillow.. Used it each night while I read my book for 10 - 15 minutes before lights out to stretch out realign the body.. I get such a great night's sleep. I missed one night of doing this an ended up with a disruptive sleep

Beautiful store, clean and organised. Friendly staff. But not an opportunity shop. The prices are BEYOND ridiculous. Fast fashion brand at the same price if not more expensive then new from the original store. Well worn shoes for $50-$70… I shop mainly second hand because this is what I can afford and also because I like the idea of my hard earned money going back to the community. I would love to visit your shop again. when the prices target people that op shop are made for, people that can’t afford new stuff.

I would not give them even 1 star rating.My wife went and asked for female doctor, waited for 2 hours and then is told there isn't any female doctor working until after another hour, a female doctor will come in. When asked why she was not informed earlier, they say they thought a female doctor was working. How pathetic. At the end her 2 hours was totally wasted and not seen any doctor.

Inner Strength Health & Performance
Inner Strength Health & Performance is an awesome place to train! The team there are very supportive, knowledgeable and friendly. They have great group workout sessions that are fun but challenging too. I enjoy the whole aspect of their approach to training and nutrition. Hayden helped me out hugely with nutrition as a diabetic and what approach I should take. Nice little gym with good equipment to train with. I would recommend checking out Inner Strength and talking to Hayden or one of the team if you are keen on achieving your fitness and lifestyle goals.

Yoga Within
What a divine yoga studio! The vibe and community here is just wonderful. I love doing yoga and looking out to the sea, it is magical! The teachers are really lovely and make you feel comfortable. Very caring. The yoga is really nice too, proper traditional yoga. The 6am Hatha Sunrise class this morning was amazing! My body felt awakened and nourished all over at the end of the class looking over the pink horizon. They have lovely tea, props and it is a beautifully laid out space.

Nice gym, good equipment, nice showers too. Can get 24/7 access (I think it was 50$ for chip) and then can get 30$ per week membership that you can cancel any time. Can get better prices if staying for longer period. We think it’s the best gym in Gisborne!
