Absolutely Fantastic. Had a very blocked ear which they fixed within 20 minutes. I can now hear perfectly fine.I would also like to seriously recommend anyone who comes throught to Ear Health Wellington to get through to Hilary, the lady who helped me.She explained what was wrong with the ear after removing all of the stuff in it. She was kind and understanding.Thank you Hilary, I'm so happy to be able to hear again!

I went to Johnsonville clinic today with bunged up ears, sorry to forget the name of my clinician, she was great, cleared me out with no discomfort at all, and I have had bunged up ears for too long over the years, she gave me good advice, no talk of hearing aids which most seem to advertise, only bad side is I didn't take a doggy bag, my Mrs reckons she gonna nag the more I can hear, but she is a joker

A truly rewarding experience! I had been suffering from hearing loss and somewhat acute tinnitus after my bout with covid last year. Hilary did an amazing job given what she found lurking in my ear canals. It took a couple of trips due to the severity! But when the offending 'plugs' finally gave way to the suction the difference in my hearing was like night and day!! I also noticed the severity of my tinnitus is far less which is a total joy! I'm now a very happy man and this team deserves full recognition for a fantastic and relatively pain free service :-)

Lovely and friendly staff. Scheduling was easy as which I really appreciated and procedure was easy too.Location is right on the bus route in the city centre which worked out perfectly.

The nurses were very reassuring and gentle. They prepared me for what I was likely to experience at each stage of the process and eased my nerves. They were also good at educating me about the ear canal and how best to care for my ears. Overall a very positive experience, I left feeling a million bucks.
