My family just had THE WORST experience here. I took my family to this shop this morning. Unintentionally, my 2 year old toddler made a tiny damage on one of the things in the shop. I said sorry and offered to pay the damage but the lady refused and shouted at us: “Just get out!” I offered to pay the damage again and she shouted again at us: “get out!” My kids got frightened and I said calmly to the lady: “you’re being really rude.” And she shouted at us again: “I don’t care! Get out!” My 5 year old daughter was so upset and frightened and couldn’t stop crying. She got so traumatised that she even could go on the same street not mentioning anywhere remotely near the shop… As a mother, it’s so heartbreaking to see my daughter’s mental and emotional well-being are negatively impacted by other people’s bad behaviour. (A sweet couple who happened to be in the shop at the same time saw what happened and they bought toys for my kids and said to my daughter: we were there and that lady was not nice. You're too sweet to experience that.") If the lady from the shop is reading this

I contacted Marti in a panic with little time to spare before my partners first Mothers day because I am very disorganised (even now I am posting this review two years later due to my lack of organisational skills).I was aided through the process and Marti was able to effectively manage me in my disorganised and stressed state and deliver an amazing product in record timing.The product was amazing quality and exceeded expectations. I am writing this review while I remember because I am just about to order some more jewellery for my new kid that was just born as we loved the products so much the first time.Can't recommend this jewellery enough. Just amazing.
