Ideally ZERO stars today for customer service. I walk into the store, the shop assistant who had previously worked at KILT, asks to assist me. I say I am looking for a dress for my daughter. She answers with Isn't your daughter fairly young?" I say: she will be 20 this year?... Her direct response is: "You should try looking at Trouble and Fox!" Absolutely no attempt to even ask what I might be looking for and she announced this at the top of her voice across the store as though she's in a market. She is the reason I stayed away from shopping at KILT for many months despite loving their garments
