Nigel has assisted me with a hearing check. His friendly, approachable manner is outstanding - really takes the time to explain what’s being investigated, along with clear outcomes. Awesome Clinic. Woke up with a lot of pain and a really bad blocked ear. All of my local clinics were fully booked and not willing to take me on. I rung these guys up and they were able to slip me in between bookings due to my discomfort and my ears were fixed and unblocked in minutes. Thank you so much Guys. I’ve been seeing Nigel and his colleagues at the Hearing Institute for just under a year now. They are very professional and provide you with a warm and welcoming atmosphere which is vital to help ease off the nervous tensions. I’ve been to other ENT specialists in the past and in my experience they were so money orientated and didn’t provide me with the care or support I needed, ultimately I didn’t feel any better off. That is certainly not the case with Nigel, he made me feel like a valued client and provided support and care beyond the clinic.

I have been seeing Nigel Sallis at the Hearing Institute for the past couple of years. Nigel is always welcoming and has a positive attitude toward his patients. Extremely satisfied with the fantastic service and friendly staff.

Came here yesterday as my left ear was completely blocked up.While it was a bit difficult to book an appointment online (as I couldn’t find out how to book) it was very easy going once I did find it. I would recommend calling in to book instead, or search “ezybook, all ears clinic karaka” to find the online booking system.The receptionist and specialist were both very nice and the wait time was short. My procedure to get my ear unblocked was very quick and (mostly) painless and the specialist made sure that I was comfortable the whole time.My hearing felt a thousand times better and my mood improved so much after having it done. I think the prices are cheap compared to other ear clinics in Auckland. Would highly recommend to anyone with blocked ears who would like a quick and affordable appointment.Thanks again for the great service, I will definitely come here again in future!

Fantastic serviceProfessional staff

Spent $110 within 1 week and still have blocked ears , customer service is great but the fact that they charged $60 last Thursday couldn’t do anything so just prescribed medicine was told to come back this week then charged another 50 just to be told ears can’t be unblocked due to liquid .

Went in for a follow up and the physician was unable to provide a service. However I still paid $40 for the follow up and I was there for less that 10min.There seems to be a disconnect between the physician and the receptionist as the receptionist expected me to pay for the full service.There wasn't anything on their FAQ's to clarify on follow ups and pricing, and there is a spelling error of the first word on the fifth question answered paragraph with U" instead of "You""
