Dr Cho was very professional and helped out with my sinus issues. I was able to get an appointment with him within 2 weeks, which is also great.

Murali has looked after our three children for over 12 years now with their congenital ENT issues and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Murali has always displayed great care and respect towards each child's needs and as a parent we have complete trust in his ability and service.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Dr. Nick Lilic and his team!They were able to arrange an ad hoc appointment due to a very urgent matter.Everybody was super polite and professional and I felt very welcome, despite stealing the teams lunch break.Nick is a fantastic doctor – He is calm in his approach and gave me a lot of confidence in everything he did.I did really value how well he explained his findings and conclusions to me. For me this was an extreme positive experience as it gave me the good feeling that he did really look into everything and did not rush to the next best or most common diagnosis – he did really look after me .I am glad I finally found my go-to ENT.

I experienced minimal discomfort my wife drove me home and 48 hours later I'm still comfortable I have been resting and I took anti inflametry medication and iced with soft ice pack 10 mins on/off for first two hours Highly recommend Snip I booked in for over two months in advance and was brought forward and only waited about 10 days for the procedure

Great experience overall. Pre op communication was thorough and surgery was straight forward and fast.

Feeling a little nervous about having the procedure, it took only 5-6minutes to be done. Giving minimal discomfort, along with clear instructions it all went really well.

Amazing outcome!I lived with polyps for several years, the extent of which was quite severe. I meet with Dr. Murali and within a few months I had a surgery date set.Dr. Murali performed a very successful surgery and I feel incredible and continue to do so. Dr Kent has changed my lifeAnyone reading this review and uncertain about getting the procedure - just do it !Ernest Smolej The Clinic Co-Ordinator took me through my eye tests, very thorough, explained what he was doing and why.The final results were discussed slowly ,the pros & cons of each procedure, giving me time to ask lots of questions, following up with information sheets on all procedures + costs, for me to contact the Clinic if I wanted to take the next step.Dr Kent put me at ease straight away at my second appointment . He went through results and gave me different options, explaining all as he went. I felt confident when leaving I was in safe hands.Surgery day you have anaesthetic eye drops given 10 min apart 3 times in both eyes.You feel nothing in surgery,yes there are noises around you but you feel at ease starting with the left eye then returning for the right. 15min in surgery each time.I had Cataract/ Intraocular /Trifocals lens.You have a full eye exam done following day ,taking away post operative instructions and scrip, another appointment made for 6 week check… followed by more follow up as the months go by…Any chance you are to call, any queries call.Couldn’t ask for better service from reception staffThank you Fendalton Eye Clinic
