Medical Center

Just went on to the connect med and we have issues. I have not been called, texted or even emailed in regards to blood test results. These results show quite shocking information. Information basically saying if nothing gets done it could have serious health effects. I'm so lucky I went on to the connect med app to see my results otherwise I would have never known and would've been increasing my risk of health issues without even knowing. These issues do NOT get fixed without medication so why did I not get a call or any information? If you're looking for a good doctor don't go here. They are fully booked for most of march and only have 3 doctors available to make appointments with apparently.

Came here today in the afternoon right after my appointment with my midwife (16/06/23) and the lady receptionist wearing glasses was EXTREMELY RUDE! You don’t talk to your patients with that very rude attitude and tone or to anyone like that. When my partner and I entered the facility, we asked her nicely if there’s an available day and time to book for my dating scan (ultrasound). Throughout our conversation with her, she was talking with us very rudely as if she doesn’t want anyone to come in and ask her. She shouldn’t be a receptionist in the firs place. I’ve been containing my patience with her until my partner and I couldn’t handle her rudeness anymore and to think that I’m pregnant, this stresses me out so bad. We didn’t expect to be treated like that. After exiting the facility, I’ve read all the other reviews and I’m pretty sure we were talking about the same receptionist and maybe the even management doesn’t care at all. DON’T BOTHER TO COME HERE. Extremely poor service and she will ruin your entire day.

Very efficient and professional clinic. Best advice I've come across for my chronic ear issues. Highly recommended.

Very bad service my friend called in for appointment that was agent regarding infection. They said no booking at the moment all doctors are fully booked. Wait till next week. What a pathetic reply she has to wait till next week till then she has to suffer? even she walked in to see Doctor but she was told she cant see any dr

I have recently had a procedure done by Dr Paul. He and his team are amazing! From the time you walk in to the office until you leave they make you feel comfortable. The results i received are amazing!!

I had an echo in my ear. One vacuum in a second and it was gone. She also picked up straight away on an ear nose breathing problem I had. Very skilled, Very quick and reasonably priced.

The receptionist there is great and friendly, very welcoming vibe.I sent a feedback and they immediately respond to it.Dr Robin Dawson was very awesome, family -oriented, and warm to children.Thank you so much :)

Really unhelpful reception staff ...do not recommend them

Their service used to be good when they started because they needed patients. But it’s the worst I have experienced now and also I heard of many others have the feeling. They rushed you out during the appointment, and it’s hard to make an appointment within the same week. Never suggest this to any one.

I just like to offer many many thanks to front line staff, and the Lady doctor who manage to see me at 4 yesterday , being a customer of many years, I guess by looking at me helped, So once again a big Thank you,
