I went to Handcrafted Chiropractic for a painful knot/tightness I've had in my right shoulder for years. After just a couple visits Dr. Anupa had me feeling a ton better. The adjustments also improved my posture and sleep which I wasn't expecting. She's been very good about helping me to uncover the underlying causes of my issue which i appreciate very much too.

Excellent service as always with Dr Anupa.Been seeing her for nearly four years now, has helped me improve my posture, physical mobility and daily energy to do more.She spends as much adjusting as she does explaining how our body works and the benefits of chiro care.100% recommend seeing her.
