Judge Morgan is a cold blooded monster. Bias and didn't even treat the case like a tenancy tribunal. Thinks she's on a tv show. Renters need more rights!

filed a affidavit today and the registrar copied it for me , when i got home I found she hadn't included page 3 or the last 2 pages of exabits, i had asked her to email but she said she couldn't yet another registrar was able to previously. So I called the court and they said they will email to me...Shocking service.

Took a long time Have to wait 4 hours The seats are uncomfortable There is no free Wi-Fi But I don't mind the coffee downstairs in the holding cell I had like 5 the 1st time I went there

It is actually impossible to get hold of my case manager. I've literally called the courts for months, put on hold and told they are not available, neither are any of their colleagues, her email bounces and voicemails are never replied. why do you even get a case manager if they are impossible to contact and get documents that you are entitled to?

The referee is not governed by law, and doesn't consider the law in most cases. I would avoid and go elsewhere if you're looking for consistency and not the emotional option of the referee. Paid $4k for a car, costs $4k to fix, adverised as new"
