A total joke. Judges are biased and love robbing children of their father’s.

Delays, delays, delays, delays and then more delays. Judges do whatever it takes to make lawyers rich. We had a dispute over my mothers will for 4 years ! Lawyers paid first and clients paid last. Just a joke.

More like a Small Claims Tribunal pretending to be a court than a real court. Law is almost no where to be seen, and contested wills take forever because anyone can disagree for any reason whatsoever. Think of Charles Dickens Bleak House " and you have a pretty good idea of the mayhem and vast waste of other peoples money that goes on. Daily"

A frustrating department. They left a message, via an unknown number, so had to go via Wellington office to contact the employee in Christchurch. The reasons for rejecting my application were baffling. Still awaiting resolutio.

Not an independent court. Non-transparent process.
