Hard to find justice for landlords in the tenancy tribunal. Where tenants get away with perjury, without prove landlords are unsuccessful. Not helping the housing crisis. I have 11 rental properties.Provide housing for around 50 people.Bud after the last experience.We going to sell everything.As soon as the contracts are running out.Next March everything will be sold.After 35 years. I feel sorry for my tenants.But have no choice.

Parking is almost non-existant. Lets be honest, it's never fun going to court for any reason. Look after their Jury members ok though

Ok, so, really no one wants to go to court except maybe lawyers and judges. This is a relatively big building complex and it's not obvious where to head if you're not a regular user. Having said that the faculties themselves are fine, maybe a bit dated in terms of the architecture but in 100 years they'll be classics. And the people who work here, from the security guards to the admin and even the judges, they're all helpful and, as far as they can be, friendly.
