filed a affidavit today and the registrar copied it for me , when i got home I found she hadn't included page 3 or the last 2 pages of exabits, i had asked her to email but she said she couldn't yet another registrar was able to previously. So I called the court and they said they will email to me...Shocking service.

It is actually impossible to get hold of my case manager. I've literally called the courts for months, put on hold and told they are not available, neither are any of their colleagues, her email bounces and voicemails are never replied. why do you even get a case manager if they are impossible to contact and get documents that you are entitled to?

The referee is not governed by law, and doesn't consider the law in most cases. I would avoid and go elsewhere if you're looking for consistency and not the emotional option of the referee. Paid $4k for a car, costs $4k to fix, adverised as new"

The court plays a joke on me.Ask me for a jury and keep changing the schedule. Because of the Oakland Court, I couldn't go to work, and I arrived on time as they wanted, but I had to come back home in 10 minutes when they told me to. They seem to think I'm a person who plays at home.Don't attend the jury. They are not grateful or sorry for me. You can also experience financial problems.

The Family Court is housed in The District Court. The Family Court is very slow and totally out of their depth. Takes 3 years. Judges are clueless idiots who mainly ensure lawyers are rich, rather than justice is served

This morning there was no JP at work and took more than HALF an hour to wait for the services, it is only 2 minutes job to verify the copy of the birth certificate.
