I was fortunate to come across Danish Furniture NZ and Director Drew at the Wellington Home and Garden show last year. We had spent quite a bit of time looking for outdoor patio furniture but had not found anything that worked for us until we discovered Danish furniture. We love the personal service of Drew and the gorgeous practicality of the PAON line. We have enjoyed our dining room table and chairs plus BEAM table so much that we have ordered another bar leaner and more chairs.Excellent customer service and products that I highly recommend.

We purchased a Coastwood Sleepneat single bed with 2 drawers on 1 August 2022, paying $1529 + $135 freight. The bed arrived with freight damage (exterior of a drawer scratched/dented) as well as defects in manufacturing (corner panels broken/split through poor workmanship and/or defective product design). When I reported this to the retailer, they offered to have the scratch/dent repaired" (probably wood filler and paint) but insisted that there was no damage / defects (despite the photos being provided). Our couch was delivered with the utmost care, and as it was positioned we were offered great advice on how to best care for it. My daughter found this company online and based on the reviews wanted to buy a set of drawers, my husband went to the showroom to have a look at the quality of the furniture. He was very impressed with the quality. I went along and we ended up buying 2 x sets of drawers and we are very happy. The whole team working here are very friendly and helpful. When we paid for the furniture they provided estimates for when the furniture might arrive in and these proved to be extremely accurate. We highly recommend this furniture store for very high quality furniture and excellent customer service. Thank you to the whole team.

Danial Beinke, my best furniture maker, finally we have tracked you down. We knew you were leaving Queensland and heading for New Zealand. But now we have found you again. We are going to miss you and how easy you have always made it, for us, to outfit our home and Business. Our half circle lounges have always been a hit with our customers and the front bar, where you padded all the front and trimmed the edges is a continual source of conversation. Do NOT purchase from this supplier!! Unfortunately I did before checking reviews, purchasing items that this merchant could not supply. I was initially refunded and then the amount was again deducted from my credit card. I had to report fraudulent behaviour to my credit card supplier, get my card cancelled and also file a ‘obtaining by deception’ report to the NZ Police before the 2nd illegal transaction was cancelled. It is impossible to contact Janet Shi, owner/manager of this joint. The stress involved in dealing with this situation has been immense, let alone the time required to visit NZ Police and wait on the phone for my credit card company to answer my call. Again, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SUPPLIER!!
