We have lived in our apartment for over 6 years and recently noticed a hair crack in the vanity basin.I contacted Newtech and Marcus promptly replied and forwarded my email on to Janette who also made prompt contact. Although the basin was out of guarantee Janette arranged a replacement at no charge. Within 7 days I had the new basin delivered.This was fantastic service and I highly recommend Newtech to deal with.(P.S. all this occurred during the Auckland Covid lockdown)

Newtech are a company I do go to for a lot of products. They are made with such high quality, and the team are very helpful. I often deal with Shamini, Gemma and Rochelle. They are such lovely women to deal with and help me with any questions I have. Shane is my rep for this company also, and he is always very informative and unlike a lot of companies their staff is very educated on their product.

Updating my home, decided to update bathroom. Decided to have 2x vanities with a cabinet between for a his & hers set up. Found something to match. Conversed online with a really lovely guy names Mark and decision made, purchased through the Trademe shop. Unfortunately, they had sold out when they went to ship, which was not great, but hey, things happen. I got a call from Shayla who was fabulous, apologised and made everything ok with a substitution that suited. Then Shayla organised a day that I would be home to ensure delivery. Brilliant service all round :-) Thanks guys :-)

We used the Newtech bathroom range throughout our recent new build and are delighted with the finished product, both in appearance and functionality. We had an issue with one fitting only. Newtech were most responsive to our request for assistance. When the fix suggested didn’t work…Newtech stood by their product and much to our surprise offered a replacement part! Post sales service one usually only dreams about in today’s world – well done Newtech and your customer service team! We would have no hesitation using Newtech again, can’t speak highly enough of their post-sales service, and obviously wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Love the staff at Newtech, always bubbly and so helpful with each transaction. So much knowledge and they are always willing to help you figure out things if your in a tight spot or help help problem solve. The product is quality for fair price with quick delivery. After receiving some great advice from Anna at the Auckland Showroom, we purchased a range of Newtech products for our bathroom and ensuite renovation. When the renovation was completed, I contacted Newtech to source some screw covers and plastic clips, as the builders had misplaced these items during the installation. These promptly arrived within a couple of days, at no additional cost.Last week I called Newtech and spoke with Mark (Customer Service) after the top of our ensuite vanity suffered damage from a tradesperson's tools. Mark was able to offer on the spot advice and after 2.5 hours of 'polishing', I was able to achieve a fantastic result.The staff are affable, willing to assist and know their product range(s).
