Physician referral service

Mel Petrie has been managing me and supported my transfer from Australian locum agency blugibbon to triple0 working in NZ. It is great to be a part of these new international agency links being made. Within a week she had me set up to do some shifts at a pleasant hospital she knew would be a good first time NZ experience for me. I have gone on to do further shifts there. Triple0 has kept me up to date with other opportunities without making me feel overwhelmed or pressurised. I have found the communication and friendliness to be excellent. If you are actually interested in working and picking up extra shifts, this has been a bespoke and comprehensive experience. Thanks Mel.

After being on hold for over 20 mins someone finally called me back I spoke to a nurse saying I was having shortness or breath and a cough nothing to bad but I need a repeat on my asthma inhalers she refused to give me a repeat as it had been a while since I had been prescribed one I asked if I could make a appointment with my doctor to get one she said he was booked out for the day so will organise to get me 1 inhaler for the mean time and book me in with my doctor she said I would be contacted at the end of the day I was not contacted at all. very poor I thought as I was just asking for a simple inhaler I’ve had asthma since I was a kid

Shame I have to be generous and give one star. Rejected for getting a Day 2 isolation post MIQ test even though the MOH book provided in MIQ clearly states, via a link given in the guide, that Mana Medical is one option you can go to as a non-patient and you do not have to book. I was abruptly told I should not have left my house (which you have to in order to get the test, as advised in the booklet and I followed all the rules), that they take patients only, and that you have to book (which makes no sense if they don't take patients?), this is all contrary to what is advised in the Ministry of Health Guidance for post-MIQ self-isolation. The receptionist was nice and had explained this, so I was turning to leave when the senior nurse or whoever she was, decided to come out and start reading me my rights and telling me what I should and shouldn't be doing in a totally hostile manner and that I need to read it properly"

The team at Triple0 go above and beyond to ensure the assigned locum position is appropriate. They are friendly, approachable and easy to contact. They are genuine in their means to assist if there are any issues that arise. Certainly recommended and I continue to enjoy using their services.

You reviewed me for acc regarding my full thickness rupture of a Achilles tendon and CRPS I've been advised to make a complaint to the medical board regarding your review as for your understanding of CRPS what use to be called casalgia needs to be reviewed i have spent 6weeks in a intensive pain management program in Liverpool hospital who are the leading specialists in CRPS, your understanding of CRPS alll been in your head is outdated as for you review you provided to ACC is negligent you have a code of conduct and a duty of care you failed to provide to me

Very pleased with my visit. My usual Dr was busy so I tried this place as it's closer and I could get a same day appointment. Friendly service by reception and the Dr, who was also very professional, nice, helpful, proactive, covered all bases. Thank you.

New patient at this practice and I found it to be a positive experience. Reception staff were super friendly and put me at ease right away. And my new GP really listened to me and gave me my full 15 minutes! Big thumbs up.

DO NOT ENROL HERE! Absolutely shocking service! The doctors here judge you and make you feel uncomfortable. They are not interested in helping their patients and would rather focus on why you are there than helping with your health. There has been 2 occasions where we took our children here and the doctor was rude and openly made our children 1000X worse about themselves.
