After being on hold for over 20 mins someone finally called me back I spoke to a nurse saying I was having shortness or breath and a cough nothing to bad but I need a repeat on my asthma inhalers she refused to give me a repeat as it had been a while since I had been prescribed one I asked if I could make a appointment with my doctor to get one she said he was booked out for the day so will organise to get me 1 inhaler for the mean time and book me in with my doctor she said I would be contacted at the end of the day I was not contacted at all. very poor I thought as I was just asking for a simple inhaler I’ve had asthma since I was a kid

Shame I have to be generous and give one star. Rejected for getting a Day 2 isolation post MIQ test even though the MOH book provided in MIQ clearly states, via a link given in the guide, that Mana Medical is one option you can go to as a non-patient and you do not have to book. I was abruptly told I should not have left my house (which you have to in order to get the test, as advised in the booklet and I followed all the rules), that they take patients only, and that you have to book (which makes no sense if they don't take patients?), this is all contrary to what is advised in the Ministry of Health Guidance for post-MIQ self-isolation. The receptionist was nice and had explained this, so I was turning to leave when the senior nurse or whoever she was, decided to come out and start reading me my rights and telling me what I should and shouldn't be doing in a totally hostile manner and that I need to read it properly"

Receptionsts are rude and not pleasant to deal with, people skills lacking.Never have i been seen on time, but the one time i was late by 5min.(called to say i was going to be a few minutes late) I walked in and before i got to the counter was told i couldnt be seen. Not ideal when you have a broken hand.

Have always had a good experience here, reception are always helpful either on the phone or in person. Doctors and Nurses are great. Recommend

Their website cost breakdowns are innaccurate and therefore misleading and do not correspond with their invoicing after the fact. Advice is to please ensure you ask for a quote and breakdown of the quote before using their services. However, the service itself by all was excellant.

Had to unfortunately give a star to be able to give my remark. George should not practice as a Dr when his google is of he would not recognize a flu from a sneeze. Went to see George to renew my chronic medication prescription as he declined the request on manage my health, the he only pointed a Temperature gun at my head and based on that he was able diagnose a viral infection and also hear a clear chest just amazing ability he has ( sarcastic ) then made sny uncalled for comments on my manage your health feedback. I went to him due to my Asthma if you know what it is you sometimes cough he the almost immediately diagnosed my with covid even told me to leave his room and to stop lying.

Our Doctor is great, but the reception staff are just plain rude and impatient. Shocking for a medical center where people ring who are not well. Would not recommend going here, but as most medical centers are not taking new patients you might have to settle for this one.

Have been a loyal customer for 15+ years . But recently, every time I make an appointment. Sorry fully booked try next week . Can't even service there loyal customers

Refused to see me until I am enrolled, despite having my paperwork completed and my partner and parents already enrolled. I've never had this experience with any other doctor practice, they have all let me enrol on the same day of my first appointment. Very disappointed with the level of customer service given the fact that they are dealing with sick people.
