I have been using Body Shop products for a number of years. I find them light, refreshing and easy to use. I have never been let down with any product. I also use ginger shampoo and conditioner and really love them both.

Absolutely love this store and the staff. Have had interactions with many of the staff at different times and always a great experience, very friendly with a lot of knowledge and also offer free samples. They have tried glitter on my daughter and she loved it. Will be going back again

I love Body Shop! The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the products are incredible! Everything is displayed clearly and so much to choose from. And it doesn't take long for voucher points to add up so you get great deals. Also when it is your birthday, you get a discount! Always a positive experience shopping here! Great customer service!

Amazing experience from the base body shop, especially Mandy(I believe that's her name). She helped to select a birthday gift for my sis in Hamilton from Auckland over the phone!!! How sweet,isn't it!!! Loved their customer service, highly recommended.

Wide range of bio friendly products but one of the salesperson was racist. Some of them are very friendly and nonjudgmental.
