Excellent customer service went in tolook a sleeping bags and ask questions as I didn’t know what to look for when selecting one. Super helpful and friendly walked out knowing a lot more than when I walked in.

Amazing staff, unfortunately we didn’t get her name but we rarely get such a good service. She helped us finding the perfect fit for a backpack and accommodate us on the price as well! We actually decided to buy at Macpac not only because we love their products but definitely thanks to her ! Thank you again !

I can’t complain about the service in here. There isn’t any. Guy behind the counter grunted something at me when I first walked in and that was it. Was a time MacPac staff use to go out of their way to help. Guess this is what happens when businesses care so little for their reputations. They export their manufacturing to China and the wheels fall off quality and customer service. Guess you have to look after those shareholders though.

Fantastic service (on Tuesday morning & afternoon this week 21/9/22 )from the hard working staff. Nothing was a problem while they helped with gear choices and clothing sizes etc. well done all of you. Much better knowledge and well staffed compared to other camping/hiking stores in chch. ☺️Also great bargains and fantastic products.
