You reviewed me for acc regarding my full thickness rupture of a Achilles tendon and CRPS I've been advised to make a complaint to the medical board regarding your review as for your understanding of CRPS what use to be called casalgia needs to be reviewed i have spent 6weeks in a intensive pain management program in Liverpool hospital who are the leading specialists in CRPS, your understanding of CRPS alll been in your head is outdated as for you review you provided to ACC is negligent you have a code of conduct and a duty of care you failed to provide to me

I believe just mucked me around didn't really care to help me then he started call me negative then on top I walk out of his office in so much pain and barely walk i was fine til he twisted my body around I ended having to seems doctor get some pain relief.

Dr Collinson treated a disc injury I sustained. Couple years ago. He was sincere, empathetic and really listened to me as a patient. I highly recommend him to those in need of medical intervention of muscular-skeletal issues.
