Haven't had water delivered in over a month with no communicationTime to drop off the unit and sign up with a more reliable water providerI've been with these guys for so long just because I can't be bothered dropping off the unit otherwise I get charged $75-$80 for them to pick up but too many issues over the years with this provider

Just Water
They came & saw 3 empty bottles. Only decided to change 2......Quite often, the driver claims to have come into the office & say we have enough when we never have enough.Third week this week without a delivery. On our last bottle atm. They were meant to deliver a couple of days ago.If I could give 0 stars, I would. Sadly, I can't end the contract with them. Otherwise I would have ended a long time ago.

Useless at returning phone calls. Job to put hot water system in wasn't put in totally correct. It took way too long as well. Plumber took our water filter tap that was originally there before hot water system was put in, what a mission to get it back. Wished I had never gone with this company.
