NEVER!!!!! Highly recommend people and encourage them not to hire this venue. The owners/caretakers are highly rude, I mean when they’re charging for the venue for a certain amount of time, then why are they entering the hall or going up the the hosts telling them to end the function an hour or so earlier than the agreed time.Attended a function at this venue which was hired by my family. The owners/caretakers decided to come and sit inside the hall by the door and tell all the guest passing by to end the function early, yet it was only 9pm and we had hired and paid for the venue till 11pm. What was even worse was they started pulling the decorations off and throwing them outside. Something even worse was the fact that we wrapped up the function at 10pm and had an hour to clean but the owners/caretakers still decide to pull things out themselves when we still had time to clean up and pack up. They pulled the stage decorations off and threw it on the ground and when the decorators asked them nicely not to do that because things might get damaged and they will have to pay for damaging it………one of the owner/caretaker decided to hold the decorator by his collar and threatened to hurt him and was about to hit him. Also when hiring the venue, the parking is meant to be for the guests but the owners/caretakers decide to park their own vehicles in the guest parking when they have their private parking beside their house. Worse thing I witnessed when guests were arriving and parking up, one of the owner/caretaker swore at one of the guests and threatened to hit them just because the guest was trying to park their vehicle properly in the spot as the owner/caretaker decided to park in the guest parking and parked poorly where the guest couldn’t fit their vehicle in the parking spot next to it. Just because it took the guest a few try’s to park their vehicle safely so that it’s convenient for people to pass by and open the vehicles door, the owner/caretaker swore at them and decided to threaten them to hit them.Highly recommend and encourage people to not hire this venue as the owners/caretakers have no respect for others and they are highly rude.HIGHLY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL OWNERS/CARETAKERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the worst experience on my daughter's wedding last week in front of the guest's from both sides while the bride is getting ready to leave at 10pm group of people come in and started removing decorations and catering equipment and throwing outside while the arranged time was 11pm Hall empty and cleaned before hand over even though we paying $700 for cleaning. The caretaker grabbed the full bag of kava and said that's his for using the hall and he was so drunk that he won't listen to anyone . Their people used toilet's and left a mess which I cleaned and had to supply own toilet rolls. Decorations pillars were damaged by cleaning staff catering equipment missing because the cleaning staff threw all catering equipment outside . Guys were drinking alcohol in front of the church on a round table while wedding in process and shouting to wedding guests arriving late. Paid $5000 for two nights for such a nice Hall was a waste because of the cleaning staff and the caretaker . I have to reimburse for caters missing equipment and repair all pillars decorations damaged by cleaning staff . Expensive DJ equipment's were thrown out on concrete floors and the is only 1030pm. The caretaker in a drunken state asking the guest's for money really embarrassing .

Finished an event here tonight. Owner told the caterers to turn off the water and not wash the dishes. Our own reverend bought bottle of water trays due to no water and the hall being too stuffy for wedding guests. No air cons or fans. Threatened to turn the lights off when we had 30-40mins left of the space. and had to have our family rush out and pack all the tables and wedding decorations away. Felt intimidating especially when he decided to place a seat and sit at the entrance doors staring at everyone trying to bring out the decos. There were no toilet papers for the bathrooms also. And the owner reckons to go to different guests and tell them to quickly end our event and also asked for a pig for himself. Talk about unprofessionalism.

Very clean and lot of space to move around and heaps of parking if I do any function I will hire some hall very handy

Gets extremely hot and humid. Very poor ventilation and no air conditioning. I recommend you don't hire this place. They enter the hall before time and turn off outside lights before your agreed time is up. Never met people so inconsiderate and rude. The first time I got invited to an event and this happened, I thought it was probably a one time thing. But it happened again. Never attending any event here again.

Highly recommended. Cheapest and most affordable in the Manukau area hence why most Indian weddings are held at this venue :)

Very disappointed. Not allowed to bring heater. too cold. should provide heater's. some one should look into this.
