Other than the wriggle to reach the back of the cupboard, the filter is easy to install and only takes a couple of minutes. I also appreciate your service and the yearly reminder.

The Mountain Fresh website is so easy to use to order the new filters and they always arrive very quickly :-) The best part is that the Mountain Fresh team send reminders when the filter is due to be replaced which makes everything so easy :-) Highly recommended :-)

We moved into our home with its already installed mountain fresh filtration system, i made one call to the mountain fresh team via the number on the unit and the rest as they say is history, its been several years now and their prompt follow up service is second to none, they call when they say they will, even a yearly reminder so i dont need to put in my own diary, and the refills are so easy to install... excellent product with an outstanding company, totally recommend.
