Airport parking lot

Parknfly facilities and shuttles are very impressive and they got wonderful staffs. Their receptionists are accomodating and the drivers are courteous and friendly. Their compound is fully fenced, well-lit at night and well maintained. It feels safe to leave your car and to travel alone. I will defintely use their service again and I will recommend it to my friends.

A very quiet place if you need to contemplate your place in the universe. At the moment, there are few flights in and out of Christchurch, so the airport is mostly quiet, which makes it an excellent place to go to enjoy the silence and the lights. The best hours seem to be between 11pm and 4am.

I wish I can give no STAR. Specially to customer service representative lady name “Eron or Arin”.Someone recommended me to do business with them as I was in planning to store or park 10-20 of my vehicles to in their premises for long term.She put phone down in middle of conversation while I was saying something to her and was very rude. Won’t recommend anyone.

Its a great well to drop off and pick up people in a hurry doesn't cost either..

I would rate this as a zero if l could. Booked my car in they had moved my car x2 times over the duration of 4 days. They had stolen my pandora charm on my key ring, never got back to me as to the outcome. Filled in the paper work as missing/stolen etc no one ever got back to me, manager was never there when l called. Put on hold for 6minutes only to be told the manager would be back in 5 min no actually 20 mins. Going round and around in circles. I will never be booking my car there ever again. The service was bad, customer service needs to improve, management need to step up or step out. Why they needed to move my car x2 never made sense. The worst experience ever.Had a family member park there for 10 days she got back to her car only to find out her clock wasn’t the correct time so they must have either disconnected her battery or touch something they shouldn’t have. Worst company ever …..

Thanks to Erin & Tony for providing excellent service at Superior Airport Parking. It was convenient and our minds were at rest that our vehicle was safe and secure while we were away for the weekend. A highly recommended service for people who enjoy taking weekend breaks and holidays and don't want to use taxis.

Great place for storage. Pick up and drop off avaliable

Excellent covered parking right outside the terminal. When it's full (which is not often) there is more parking in the rest of the building and lifts/stairs for quick and easy access. An excellent facility
