Don’t expect Valet service to match Valet price tag.With great difficulty, I used 3 AirNZ Valet vouchers. My brother with a broken foot had no assistance unloading his bags. My Mother, instead of a greeting was asked for a booking reference by a pushy attendant and my friend was charged $66 because the booking time didn’t match his arrival time.

We didn't park, we were dropped off by family for our trip home (as we had been picked up eight days earlier). The system works well. Very very clever Lego.

Far to expensive. Dropped my daughter off . Got back to Wellington city center, got phone call to say plane turned back. So had to go back pick daughter up and leave airport until later flight. Then go back to drop her off . Having to pay every time. No help from Air NZ or airport parking.

The Wellington Airport Carpark was very streamlined.We bought our tickets in advance and it was easy to follow the signs to the correct part of the car park.The only negative was that it was very expensive to park for the weekend, but we had booked quite close to our trip which probably contributed to the higher cost.Definitely book the capark well in advance if you can!

Wellington Airport Parking
You only get 10 minutes to drop off or collect passengers. The PICK-UP sign is placed between 2 roads that give a choice between pick-up & collection. The sign is confusing! I'm never sure which road to take and have made mistakes, but there's no option to turn back. I suggest the airport paints on the road in the correct lane: PICK-UP only. DROP-OFF only.

Ideal location for innocent travellers to get ripped off before they wave goodbye to friends and family. King Midas himself would balk at the excessive parking fees. Drive through quickly enough and you may make it through with your wallet intact.
