I left my kiln with Dydo for three weeks. Not only was my kiln not repaired, Tony was completely unwilling to even give me a time frame for when he 'might' be able to 'get around' to looking at it. I rang after one week to ask for a time frame to assist me in my planning...I was having an exhibition and open studio....Tony was quite rude, and spoke to me as if I was a naughty child for daring to interrupt his day with a phone call. He told me my kiln would be ready sooner if I didn't ring....hmmm...can't help wondering if he'd have talked that way to a male customer!! The Dydo website says that their vision is to: 'Provide quality workmanship and quick turnaround and delivery times on all products and services'. That must be intended as a joke. More indicative of their attitude is the fact that their website has been 'under construction' for about 5 years. Time's up!

Very poor business ethics. Wasted time after fixing an appointment for visiting us. And, then never return calls when you leave messages. You can definitely findbetter people in the market to help you.

Outstanding customer service that truly considers the client as a valued individual. We had a Escea DF960 and Gas hot water system installed. From the beginning the level of professionalism and customer service were of the highest quality. Very responsive to our decisions. Our gas fire is fantastic and we would absolutely recommend SafeGas to anyone.

I started out working with Jason, and I thought we were good partners in design and planning. Then there were pandemic supply problems interfering with production timeline, which I understand.What I don't understand is that I've now been ghosted. No answer to phone calls, no answer to emails, nothing in over 6 months except 2 assurances from someone answering the phone who says not to worry, he'll pass on the message. I am always polite, I am not nuisance calling, and I don't understand why Dydo and/or Jason is not communicating at all.I have no idea if work is continuing on my project or ??The website is still up so I assume they are still in business.

Substandard systems, and appalling customer service. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. They don't look out for their customers when their poorly installed products break down. Then getting them to actually fix the problem is like pulling teeth. Save yourself tens of thousands of dollars and get a fan heater from the supermarket, because it will do a better job than a Bonaire system installed by SafeGas.

After cyclone water damage to our outside tank-less gas hot water system, Mike and the team went out of their way to assist us. Fantastic help, next day service and a great replacement installation. So grateful. I had contacted other more local fitters and was bounced from this person or that or had no response at all from some and these guys just stepped up. Thank you so much. Will definitely come back to you if we need help again with gas issues.

Worst communicators. Were unable to contact Me after initial visit. Had to call them three times to get a quote and find out what was the issue. Paid instantly for the invoice and deposit for the work quoted. No word from them for 5 weeks and then came back saying supplier did not have parts and wont be in for next few months.Would not recommend anyone to waste their time with this company.

This team has been servicing our gas fire for the last few years. Always on time, professional and clean up after themselves. Had one issue and they provided a quote to repair. Of course we left it and when the fire place wouldn’t spark, we did call & they were here in a couple of days to fix and get us warm again.
