Can't rate Sallie and Jackie high enough. They're both very knowledgeable and friendly. They made the whole experience perfect!! From choosing the the frames that best suited my face to the correct lens and lens types. I will have no reservations in returning to the Springfield store. All the staff were friendly but the two I mentioned at the beginning really are an asset to the team.

Wow, this team is amazing! They gave me an incredible service. Toffer did a thorough check-up of my eyes and he was absolutely fantastic and super attentive. Macarena and the team helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses and made sure they fit me perfectly. I highly recommend them, they're awesome! Thank you so much, guys

The staff were very friendly and were very thorough during both my eye and hearing tests. They explained everything that was being done and why. The attendant was very patient while I was trying on various different styles of glasses. My return visit was very fast for the collection of my glasses without having to wait at all. Very happy and satisfied with my glasses and the service given. Thank you
