X-ray lab

Came here today in the afternoon right after my appointment with my midwife (16/06/23) and the lady receptionist wearing glasses was EXTREMELY RUDE! You don’t talk to your patients with that very rude attitude and tone or to anyone like that. When my partner and I entered the facility, we asked her nicely if there’s an available day and time to book for my dating scan (ultrasound). Throughout our conversation with her, she was talking with us very rudely as if she doesn’t want anyone to come in and ask her. She shouldn’t be a receptionist in the firs place. I’ve been containing my patience with her until my partner and I couldn’t handle her rudeness anymore and to think that I’m pregnant, this stresses me out so bad. We didn’t expect to be treated like that. After exiting the facility, I’ve read all the other reviews and I’m pretty sure we were talking about the same receptionist and maybe the even management doesn’t care at all. DON’T BOTHER TO COME HERE. Extremely poor service and she will ruin your entire day.

Friendly & efficient

I had a lovely Radiographer who took time to explain the procedure. She also said results would be sent to me, my refering physician and gp within 2-3 working days. One week later, after hearing nothing, I rung to inquire. The lady (Julie) was rude. She insisted results would have only been sent if I had asked for them....that's NOT was I was told on the day! No apology for the communication error (not even an insincere apology). Of course patients want to know their results! Feeling frustrated with the process.Thanks for your reply Greta.I appreciate it ☺ #update, the refering physician has been on leave and won't be back till April. So, my results won't be available for me until then. I trust they are fine....but I think this might highlight a potential 'grey area' for refering on any urgent issues identified (for other patients)? Very BAD experience we had. IT was our first Baby My wife had miscarage last year so we having anxiousness if our baby’s heart beat is ok yet we just recieved an image with no detail such as fatal HR / CRL/ Age . Very poor Service plus they dont give hard copy . IT Will be our 2nd and last to TRG.

It was my partner and I (first baby) 12 week baby scan which we were so excited to see our baby!! The lady appears to have a European accent?) who does the scans was so rude. She was un welcoming, her procedure appeared very scripted, she was uninterested and I felt like crying when I left the clinic. She rushed over baby’s heart beat, and didn’t pause for us to see our baby. There was no one else in the waiting room and it felt like she didn’t care at all. As soon as Iay in the chair, with a proper N95 mask on, she refused to start the scan until i was wearing it correctly (although I’m certain I was and had pinched the top over my nose as best as I could) all because my glasses had a fog which meant it wasn’t pinched tight enough? I was unable to concentrate through the procedure because I felt upset, angry and embarrassed. I do not recommend this place at all. She was also the same lady who I went to for my 8 week scan and I was in and out of the scan within 2 minutes, nothing explained to me at all. Will not and have no returned.

Irene was amazing. Made what may be a uncomfortable experience easy and as comfortable as it can be! Loved her relaxed but professional manner and felt in good hands!!

What a great new facility

I'm happy to meet Ras who carried out the chest xray for me. He was very friendly and professional giving me lots of support. His instructions throughout the whole process were clear which made me feel very relaxed. Highly recommended.

Hi, My wife had an ultrasound today for her pregnancy and the lady was very nice and soft spoken. she was talking to us and explaining everything while performing Ultrasound.

I have been to Lux Radiology for ultrasound guided steroid injection and I am totally amazed at their excellent services. I was assisted by Andrew who made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He is an asset to this organisation. I will recommend him and this place to everyone.
