I have been to Lux Radiology for ultrasound guided steroid injection and I am totally amazed at their excellent services. I was assisted by Andrew who made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He is an asset to this organisation. I will recommend him and this place to everyone.

Easy and fast booking, good location with parkingI was very well looked after. Andrew the sonographer is very professional and extremely friendly.I highly recommend both , him and the practice.

I booked for 9am and that’s what time you open. I feel it’d be better for your workers to have the first appointment available at 9:30 the earliest to allow them time to organise themselves as I didn’t get seen till 9:30. Yes partly due to a RAT test needing to be taken however customers should be told to take a RAT test prior to the appointment to save time and also could be partly due to machinery not working. Workers were polite and patient, just feel could have been a faster experience especially seeing as it says the appointment would only be 10 minutes.

We went in for an MSK ultrasound and we had a great experience with Dr. Andrew Graham. He was exceptionally good at explaining the complications with my leg and suggested the next best possible steps to a great recovery. We had a good chat too :)

Such a great clinic - Nethanel who did our ultrasound was friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable throughout the scan.

We went in for our final ultrasound and had Andrew - when I say we had the best experience I mean the BEST. We’ve had scans at four different locations (had a side effect with our bubba so needed four more scans than usual) and Lux Radiology has always been our favourite. The attention, detail and lightness of the experience with Andrew was truly next level - we laughed, felt reassured and left with a cute snap of baby. Couldn’t recommend him enough - wish we’d found out about him earlier so we could have had him for all our scans :)

Had a fantastic experience having a dating ultrasound. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The environment was clean and welcoming. Overall a lovely and relaxing experience.

We had a great experience with Ginny. It's our first baby and she talked through exactly what she was doing and what she was seeing and kept us informed during the whole scan. We paid to have the photos and videos sent to us and received those really quickly which was awesome for us to have and look at soon after the appointment and to share with family and friends. Would recommend to others.
