Came here to get my bike dyno tuned/ecu flashed.Made the trip from Hawera/Taranaki, as there’s not many places around locally, and it was 100% worth it.Bike definitely rides smoother and has noticeable power gains in the mid range and overall performance.Awesome price and the customer service I received from Sebastian was top level. Detailed explanation of what was done to my bike aswell as photos and videos from the dyno and even some suggestions for easy mods I can myself to make the bike even smoother.Would highly recommend anyone looking for bike work to go to these guys.

Serviced the bike over a month ago. The chain needed to be replaced, they checked with me before to go ahead and put the new one. Being the 20000kms the service is quite costly, but it was expected. Also I can tell the bike run now smoothly and much better than before, no doubt the guys know what what they are doing!

Had my CBR650R derestricted here. Sebastian (I think that was his name, sorry if that's wrong!) was my mechanic for the day and handled everything from start to finish. He spent a lot of time answering questions and passing on wisdom which was really awesome. Also took photos and videos. Very professional and went above and beyond. Was also given a loan bike for the day so I could go about my business.Bike feels great, would definitely recommend. Might be a bit more expensive than other places but the quality of work and service makes the value for money an easy choice.

1.2k for a water pump and was quoted $900 in writing. Wouldve maybe expected a call to say what it would actually be or else I would’ve asked around because that seems ludicrous to me. Friendly receptionist and work and ordering of parts was done extremely fast. Don’t usually do this sort of thing but just warning people I think they mark their price for their expertise up quite a lot

No acknowledgment that we were even here. Customer service towards my husband was very poor, both times!!Husband has been here many times in the past with the old owner. Never had any issues before hand. Will not be coming back. Will not be recommending at all. Poor Customer Service!!!!Reply to your reply:When we drove into the Garage so slightly so we can check in and as we did the mechanic gave us a dirty look and it was only an honest mistake. How rude of him! I seen it with my own eyes!! Then when your Mechanic Mark jumps in my car he couldn’t even acknowledge me as I sat in the passenger seat. Not only that when he came to our car he couldn’t even say Hi and acknowledged we were there and just said switch our lights on. Also on Friday for the first initial check, my husband asked the mechanic if he could come and show him physically what was going on with the car like to be specific WHICH REAR LIGHTS.” Service “ WE PAY FOR” your mechanic replied with “I wrote it all on the paper” So yes my Husband was upset by the lack of customer service. Hence his attitude with the wipers. The customer service you give out! I just don’t understand why you’re very surprised on getting the same treatment back!!!! Like I said in the first rating we won’t be coming back or recommending you at all. The fact that you will only reply back with our faults as well not even understating why we gave that attitude in the first place to try and make us look bad like you guys were only treating us a certain way because the way we responded is appalling or even acknowledging what I stated in the first reply. Bad response. Not even thinking about us as paying customers! As well as sending us an email saying we haven’t paid when my husband paid in full on Friday! Your reply has just proven my rating!
