Post Shop

Wife and I regular customers. Thousands of dollars in medications through the pharmacy for our health issues. High end cancer type meds and pain relief.I asked for a days supply of one of my meds pending the repeat script. We have trouble earning with pain and health problems.Would they loan me a days supply to help me out? Pending repeats. No. Not unless I pay eight dollars. I'm broke til next week. So I'll have to miss three doses of anti inflamatories because they want eight bucks. More about money than help.

Wow what a great experiences shopping online at this store. Such a friendly transaction thank you to all the staff involved. Quick delivery. 100% recommend this local shop. Will be placing another order shortly.

Worst place to go if you want to POST somethings. Really rude and doesnt have any customer service. Go to Hobsonville instead if you like to use the post shop but dont go here....

Needlessly rude. I'm even giving it one star just because they let my toddler use their toilet for a wee. The lady acted like it was a huge pain even though i thanked her many times. Then when I went to pay, I asked for a gift card and that's when things turned really pear shaped. She said they don't do gift exchange cards for toys, only for books. Another lady in the counter right next to me was talking really loudly so when I asked the lady to repeat she acted really annoyed. Then I asked if craft supplies were toys too as they were among the items I brought. I had also brought a book and a toy truck. I wanted the card for the book and the craft and was trying to understand which items I could get the card for as she refused to give it for any of the items. I was very polite and calm this whole time but really didn't appreciate the rudeness so said there was no need to be rude. She apologised in the most insincere manner ever as if I was at fault.Then I went back straight away to ask for the card for the book I had purchased, to which she started lecturing me about needing to keep my receipt. Eventually got her to write me a card. Her initials are a.l.l or a.d.d or something like that...I should have cancelled my purchase in the first place. I'm never going there again. She clearly hates her job and spoilt what started off as a really good day for me. NZ employers have a tendency to ignore customer feedback but her attitude is sure to cost the business $$$

to the rude guy who failed to deliver a good service this afternoon:Torbay is in North Shore, Auckland and yes, I wanted to be specific and easier for you to calculate the cost so I told you Torbay, not just Auckland. If you dont know that place is within Auckland area, its your problem and next time dont blame your customer for it. And please, dont rush to play with your phone. A lot of people are losing their jobs now so dont give your employer a chance to fire you ( but hey if you're the owner of the place then never mind, do whatever you want ).cant imagine how someone can be so rude to one another, especially their job is to deliver service to people.

a 7 day post centre and postal depot .excellent service . can collect overseas items and ship stuff locally and internationally. friendly staff make the process much nicer. they run traditional retail hours, what a bonus

Went into post shop today sending off a few parcels, I was asked what was in every parcel, not there business, he said it was post policy now to know what is inside, this post shop is the only one who does this.I don't know these people and they want to know the contents, why,, are they going to remove it later.Not a good look for nz post

Even on Saturday delivery they would not bother to knock on your door. What even is the point for paying extra for a weekend delivery only to have to collect it on a weekday which is physically impossible for some working normals hours. Utter incompetence.
