Edit: Literally the most frustrating shopping experience I've ever had? The whole process stretched out for months, with us going without a functioning fridge for weeks at a time. We eventually requested a refund and the broken fridge was collected. It then took 2 WEEKS of me repeatedly emailing and requesting the status of my refund before I received my $600. No sense of urgency, totally unprofessional, and no sincere apology from anyone. Never buying from Trade Depot again and warning all of my family and friends against them.---We bought a brand new, $600 fridge freezer from Trade Depot a little over a month ago; on the 23rd of February we called to say that the fridge half was no longer cooling. We waited a week (with no functioning fridge!) for repair people to come look at it and tell us it needed a new seal; it's nearly four weeks later and they have not returned. Our email enquiry was not replied to, and when we called again it was unclear when the new seal is coming (or if it's even been ordered), and when we can expect to have a working fridge again.We are really disappointed and frustrated, and do not plan to shop at Trade Depot again. All the staff we've interacted with are lovely and we don't blame the sales representatives, but feel we have wasted our money - we have been without a fridge for almost a month and had to waste a large amount of food which has gone off as a result of this.

Outstanding service from The Cylinder Guy. I called them just after 7.00am, and a friendly Sandy answered my call. Soon after, Angus contacted me to advise that a plumber would be installing a new cylinder that day. What a relief! Winter time and no hot water. Troy arrived and set to work and after a couple of hours, a shiny new hot water cylinder was installed. Fantastic service. I can't recommend them highly enough. Great work guys, you have done a brilliant job.

It'd be more helpful talking to dogs!! The manager is misleading and doesn't know how to run a business. Would recommend going to Plumbing World in Silverdale. It's worth the trip.
