Peter would not provide an estimate and then demanded the $1,000 insurance excess immediately. The job was not completed but Peter still took the initial $500 and left a mess behind. Complete rip off merchant.

We have just had an excellent cleaning service from Alex. Our carpets and sofas were filthy after an extensive renovation plus a pet accident. Alex did an amazing job of restoring them to new. Very good, professional, friendly service and excellent value too. Nothing was too much trouble. Alex really cared to get things exactly right. We would definitely recommend and use again.
