The service was amazing. Craig came on time, did his job quickly and left fresha and clean carpet. Removed very old stains from previous tenants in 1 minute. Highly recommended!

My second floor was flooded and the water leaked into the garage, where I hold significant stock. Around 11pm I called 1st Alert Carpet. The owner, Craig McGregor, came quickly, assessed the damage and immediately got to working. He rightfully advised that the main concern is not the stock (a lot of rugs) but the moisture ingress in the structure.Craig was quick to leave dryers and dehumidifier all round the flooded areas and affected stocks. He came back daily to assess the drying process. What I was impressed with was his dedication, insight knowledge of how moisture affects structure and other items and discipline in making daily visits. Thanks to Craig, the damage I suffered was minimal. He came through and I 100% recommend him. Trustworthy as well as an expert in his area.

Craig did a terrific job in our office. He was efficient, turned up quickly, removed a lot of the excess water before putting in his heaters/blowers. Craig knew exactly what needed to be done and using his tools and devices, gave me the reassurance, all would be back to normal within 1-2 days. I highly recommend him.

Great service - Craig knows what he’s doing and is happy to explain how it all works. Very careful with the house and a super job. Great advice on how to make sure it all dried out super fast as we needed to get them cleaned on a wet day. Highly recommend.
