Worst customer service ever. As a customer this service was very poor, and extremely disappointing. As I bought a lehanga 3 weeks ago and alterations were promised within the price. The tailor firstly lost my measurements and made me come back to take measurements again. After 3 weeks as it was promised that my outfit would be ready, I still got no phone call and had to contact them myself. Then when arriving to the store my outfit wasn’t ready despite being told it was done. When calling them multiple times staff would lie that the tailor is not in today. After the tailor ruined my lehanga that I already paid for, which completely wasted my time. I was granted an immediate refund as you could clearly see she ruined my lehanga. When recommending alterations to customers, you should first of all be confident in the quality of the service. If not then you shouldn’t recommend to customers. Don’t provide false expectations to customers if you can’t provide them.

Came over specially from Whakatane to go to your shop and it says on the window, now closed for winter. Perhaps you could put that on your page, feeling cross. Update, had a very nice response from Helga May. So problem solved, love their quirky shop and wonderful clothes.

This is a lovely store with fabulous of shoes and handbags. I love the way they have merchandised their stores window display now for Autumn with lots of fallen leaves and a fabulous range of ankle boots in lots is colours and styles. They also appear to have a great range of hiking and walking shoes and I can also see that I hey have an e-commerce website.

Am SO impressed with my experience. Ordered 4 dresses and just over 24 hours later, received them. Beautifully wrapped, form included for returns if needed to do that. Dresses stunning....and feel like a million dollars when wear them. Thank you
