After a difficult few months we decided to change and take our cat to Village Vets for another opinion. We received total honest and professional advice and although perhaps not the outcome we would have liked we valued their expertise. We received friendly and helpful service from the very first phone call. We also received kind words and support after our loss. Although he is deeply missed at least now we know that he is no longer suffering and we thank them for all that they did.

As I already wrote months ago, we want to repeat that Jeannie and Rodney are the best vets we have ever met in our long and erratic life in different countries and tens of pets. The recent happening confirmed our experience again. Rodney was right again twice, either for our dog and for our rat. Not the scan super expert"

Hudson (Huddy) has been through so much lately for a 17month old berner. He has required X-rays, surgery and emergency treatment and along the way guiding us and taking the utmost care of Huddy has been Dr Jeannie and Dr Rodney and their amazing team. I can’t say enough about them all, I have cried so much there when getting bad news but they have walked us through the journey to his recovery. Five stars doesn’t seem enough for this vet.

Jenny and the team are fantastic. I have been a customer since day 1 - and in good times and bad times they have been there for me and my dog. The facilities are fantastic and provide a one stop shop for all of my dogs medical needs.

The vet Kylie was excellent, explaining everything as she went and super helpful. She even helped me round up our sheep into the yards as I was home with two small children.

Many thanks to the whole Village Vets team! We needed an emergency visit to a vet when our 11 year old dog damaged one of his eyes. Our usual vet in Lower Hutt was too busy to even speak to us so I called all the vets in my area and no one so was available at the time. We decided to call Village Vets and they gave us a spot on the same day as it was for an emergency. 4 days later, my dogs scratched eye healed completely! Thank you again :)
