Emergency veterinarian service

Have been with them for nearly three years and they've just been the best. Not an emergency vets but always done what they can to get me seen as soon as possible which matters when you live rural. The staff, from reception, vet nurses, to the vets have always given me great support.My dogs love to visit.

I am so grateful for the amazing staff and the caring service my boys receive every visit. Tess is fantastic, and knows who I am the minute I call to book them in. The dogs adore her.I've been really happy with all the vets I've encountered and it's great knowing the boys are in such capable hands.One of my dogs gets very vocal and over stimulated when going to places like the vets, but the staff at VetEnt QT are brilliant at accommodating and working with his quirks rather than treating him like he's a problem. Which is awesome and means the visits are stress free for both myself and him. It also means he settles down and is good as gold in a shorter space of time.Would highly recommend them to anyone new to the area or anyone who's just become a pet owner and is looking for somewhere to look after their new family member with exceptional care. Help the animals

Stanley (cat) was miserable after a fight. We rang 8am and they responded with care and concern. We were seen at 9am. Quality service and reasonable cost.

Great service, has always helped me with my rabbits. Many year ago, my rabbit had floppy bunny syndrome, which is often fatal. These lovely vets gave 24 hour care, and did what they could, and my rabbit made a full recovery. they are very professional with great service. Thank you

been coming to Vetplus for about 14 years, and can not speak highly enough of them. Holly looks after our Rottweilers, (she is fearless!!!). She's the most amazing young lady, always caring, knowledgeable, calm, and sensitive...we love her. Jean at the front reception is also caring, and super when it comes to vet advice with over the counter medications etc, a valuable asset for sure. All in all...every vet here is worth their weight, and do a fantastic job. (Judy & Billy Duncan)

The team at carevets are wonderful. In less than a week my cockatiel has had surgery and is on the mend. Incredible care and compassion.Will be back for sure!

Really enjoy the service and atmosphere VetEnt Te Awamutu provide for both pets and owners. Really nice to see the Vet/ Vet Nurses taking the time to ensure that the owners understand their pets conditions, treatment and correct techniques to administer medication. Your pets are treated like loved pets by all staff. Staff have always interacted in a respectful, dignifying, courteous and friendly manner with myself and other customers around. Highly recommended 11/10 :)

Awesome friendly staff

I have been coming to CareVets Glen Eden for several years. Last August my cat, Tangerine, became very sick, and after two days of tests and scans, the vet said that his condition was terminal.I came back to the clinic to say goodbye to Tangerine and the vets and staff were wonderful. They were very caring and sympathetic and answered all my questions.I remember a windy walk home from CareVets carrying an empty cat cage with tears pouring down my face. I didn't encounter anyone on the walk home, not that it would have bothered me if I had, as I was not embarrassed by my tears, and very few people walk anywhere nowadays anyway.Just before Christmas, I adopted two black, eight-week-old kittens from an unwanted litter of five from the SPCA, and they too deserve their chance at a better life. To each his own, but I have never subscribed to the thinking that the loss of a pet should cancel out ownership in the future. I have adopted many cats in the past, all strays, and know that I did my best for them gave them a better life that every animal deserves. I broke my heart over them all when they passed on, but I never allowed that to influence my thinking in caring for more animals. I have been helping a family on Gt North Road with their cats for three years and also on Dominion Road, Mt Eden where I initiated the rescue and rehoming of a colony of cats 12 years ago. There are currently four cats left and I have been feeding them over the last few days as the owners are away on holiday.Thank you for the opportunity to write a review.Ruth Moreau
