We were able to change our booking, when we could not use it due to lockdown - just paid the difference. Easy to add full insurance @$20 a dayQuick pick up from the airport and we were on our way within 20 minutes. Awesome that we could drop the car in town without extra cost. Drop off location was very central.The car was quite old but we did not have any problems with it.Although the car was not clean on the outside, it was clean inside, which was more important.I believe it was good value for money and definitely the best I could find.

Staff were very friendly and showed me workings of car (1st time driving hybrid) would happily recommend. We had a fantastic time travelled around Miramar, Wellington and quick tour to Porirua, lots to do and commute was aprox 16 minutes from Miramar to Wellington. Gas top up at the end from our travelling, cost me (just under $40) about a third of my normal weekly Auckland amount in a petrol car.

Our experience renting a car from Bargain Rental Cars at Wellington Airport was very satisfactory. The whole process from making the reservation, being picked up from the airport to collect the car and then being returned to the airport at the end of the rental period all worked smoothly and we were assisted by helpful, competent staff. The car was fine - we knew we hadn't paid for luxury! We will have no hesitation in renting from them again.

Great service. Great location. Car was excellent with no issues. We left something in the car after we returned it so I rang them and the gentleman very kindly delivered it to us at a food place we were eating at. Would use Bargain Rental Cars again.

Awesome rental firm - drove a Hybrid which was brilliant - cheaper to rent and 5 litrs per 100km fuel, which was great on the hip pocket! Dropoff was smooth, and we jumped from the car to the courtesy van immediately on arrival. Will use again. Highly recommended.

Ive used Bargain Rentals a few times now and they have been great. This last time they upgraded me into a Hybrid and not only did I get a good price rental, filling up at the end was a real surprise. I hardly used any petrol. The staff are wonderful, and you can get a pick up and drop off service. Thanks Budget, I'll be back

My partner Daniel and I booked a small car from Bargain Rental Cars Wellington and we highly recommend them can not fault them at all! We had the most friendly guy Brendan explain everything, he was fantastic, we had a call while waiting for our bags to say he was on his way and where to meet which we weren’t expecting but was great!! Brendan is so easy to talk to just super friendly down to earth guy! Thank you Brendan for helping to make our trip great! We will definitely be back again!!

Great company, booked with Bargain Rental Wellington on line, it was an easy trouble free site to use. They picked me up from the airport, the instructions were clear, staff member was super friendly and the pick up was quick.The car was warmed for me as it was a freezing cold day, much appreciated, the paperwork process was quick and easy, all instructions clear. I would definitely book with them again.
