This was a very excellent experience we order a little car for the 2 weeks we stayed when we picked our car up they told us that they upgraded us which we gladly agreed which turned out to be the best holiday ever so thank you enterprise

Showed up at their place outside the airport thinking that was the drop-off point- they laughed it off and drove us the rest of the way and dropped off the car for us! Wonderful friendly service.

Myself and 10 other friends booked a 12-seat Toyota Hiace Minibus for a trip to the mountain, Taupo and surrounds.I had an excellent interaction with Anthony who was extremely helpful from the get-go, very efficient, had great communication and helped a lot. In future I will definitely be using CCR Palmerston North!

Was such a cool experience using transfer car, we got a campervan from Christchurch to Auckland, at first the guy we had showing us the car wasn't very helpful, he asked if we had any questions and his answer to everything was I don't know I guess so, he knew nothing. And it also took around 2 hours which set us behind in our drive since we planned to leave way earlier thinking it wouldn't take that long. But the lady we had on the drop off was helpful lovely and got the handover done quickly which is what we wanted. was such a cool wee van had everything we didn't think it would have, the bed in the back was the most uncomfortable thing ever but the adventure we had was unforgettable! Being able to explore our country in a vehicle that's free is awesome! Thank you very much

Got good rate from third party rental website. Car was good and customer service person Mazhar at the Napier was excellent. He kept everything ready for us.

Not a good start. Rang booked a car went to depot waited and waited then rang local number, was told I didn't have a car booked. Then Edward came along, great customer service, calm and relaxed manner, sorted name issues and booking problems efficiently. Definitely be back

Car was functional and I got the rental within 24 hours of booking (late notice), but I returned the car with the tank 90% full instead of 100% full and they tried to tell me the tank was not even 3/4 full and charge an excessive amount for petrol on top of the fees they indicated up front. Decent place if you don't mind following every single rule exactly, but mess one thing up and get ready to pay a lot. Save your hassle and money and rent from the airport instead, it's usually cheaper for a nicer car too.

I have nothing but good things to say about Hertz NZ. We were very well looked after at Auckland airport on arrival all the way through to our departure from Christchurch 5 weeks later. I would particularly like to thank the gentleman at the Nelson airport depo that spent the time helping me with the snow chains that were so different to the ones that I had previously used.

The staff were friendly and helpful. As a foreigner driving first time in NZ, they gave us lots of useful tips. The service to ferry us to and fro the airport was convenient as well. Aside from some slight wear and tear on the wiper rubbers, the car served us well. I will definitely use back the same service if I am in NZ.
