Great company, I've used them twice now and have been very reliable. Great communication and kept me up to date with times on the day. Really relaxed and they were more than happy for me to help out to reduce my hire time. Friendly and fast. Will definitely be using again.

Josh, and the team, lovely lady at reception; they've all been very great, and helpful. Ive had good conversation, and great communication between the lot of them, was able to call, setup, and start loading up the unit all in the same day. I havent stored many other places, but this place in my opinion truly deserves the name king!

Pete and Kong were exceptionally friendly and professional. Their work ethic was remarkable which showed in their carefuland respectful way of handling all my belongings. They took great pride in their work which created a stress free environment. I have done many international moves and Transworld has proofed to be world class. The staff have been very helpful and I'm very happy with the service and my unit.

I love my little lockup unit at All Secure, Taupo! Easy to get into and out of with pin codes and electric gates. Very secure, and best of all I really enjoy dealing with Rodney and Clare when I need to, or to just say hi. All my locked up possessions are dry and safe.

We moved house and needed somewhere to store our boat, the team were quick to respond and it was so easy to get signed up. The location is awesome, easy to get access and less than 5 mins to the boat ramp. One less thing to worry about knowing it is all secure but still readily available.

I had a delivery from Conroy 2 days ago. Steve & Josh were my drivers. They could not have been more helpful and went well over and beyond with customer service. I give them 5 stars!

Annoying packaging

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE - STAY AWAY!- Conroy were paid to pack down our house the day before the move but sent only 1 packer, who lied to us and then left after 5 minutes without a word. He told us the rest of his team were sick with COVID.- Conroy management told us the packer had refused the job due to 'health and safety concerns'. The house was safe. The job was impossible for 1 person in a day. He came from a job half an hour before (at 9:00am) and went straight to another job. It's obvious Conroy were trying to cover for staffing shortages by lying to and blaming customers to avoid their own liability for rescheduling.- After we managed to somehow pack everything down ourselves in time for the move, they underestimated the volume of stuff by 30% (despite having an itemised list and a walk-through). Leaving us without a fridge for 3 weeks over xmas while the Nelson team waited for another delivery going in our direction.- The uplift team took great care to wrap furniture and load items for the first couple of hours but as soon as the end of the day was drawing near just started throwing boxes and items marked 'fragile' onto the pile of stuff, resulting in several breakages.- Similar happened when the stuff was unloaded. The team are friendly and ask where to put boxes for the first hour or so and then decide time's up" and dump everything in a pile in the middle of the first room.- After the final delivery with the leftover items
