Courier service

Have had parcels sitting in their depot for days waiting for delivery. I asked to speak to the manager last time this happened and he came with a driver after hours to deliver our item which was much appreciated, but I shouldn't have had to chase them. I feel sorry for the people who use them for their freight services. Don't they realise that we can now track our items :-(

Almost impossible to find. This place desperately needs decent signage!!!

No idea how this company is still active as they either deliver things to the wrong house or they put expensive stuff in your letterbox and sign for it themselves which defeats the purpose of even choosing signature requirements! People choose to have a signature delivery so that the parcel isn’t left out where it can be stolen. I have twice had this company sign for alcohol which was left out on my deck and no doubt they have done this to other people as well, it’s completely illegal! You can’t leave alcohol out without verifying the age of the people you’re leaving it with, and you can’t just leave it out in the open and sign for it yourself because if some child was to steal it and get alcohol poisoning, your company will be 100% liable!

Most horrible experience so far. Had to collect my courier by myself even after paying ontime.

to the rude guy who failed to deliver a good service this afternoon:Torbay is in North Shore, Auckland and yes, I wanted to be specific and easier for you to calculate the cost so I told you Torbay, not just Auckland. If you dont know that place is within Auckland area, its your problem and next time dont blame your customer for it. And please, dont rush to play with your phone. A lot of people are losing their jobs now so dont give your employer a chance to fire you ( but hey if you're the owner of the place then never mind, do whatever you want ).cant imagine how someone can be so rude to one another, especially their job is to deliver service to people.

a 7 day post centre and postal depot .excellent service . can collect overseas items and ship stuff locally and internationally. friendly staff make the process much nicer. they run traditional retail hours, what a bonus

Went into post shop today sending off a few parcels, I was asked what was in every parcel, not there business, he said it was post policy now to know what is inside, this post shop is the only one who does this.I don't know these people and they want to know the contents, why,, are they going to remove it later.Not a good look for nz post

Very efficient staff. However parking the car is a problem.

Really appreciated the extra mile Charlie and Dawn went to get my ceramic artwork packed and delivered to USA. It cost me quite a bit but the price was well under other rates. It arrived within a week of sending it and in good condition. Thank you both so much.

Fedex, I get proper notification for my parcel from overseas. When I missed my parcel delivery, I got proper guidance for pickup or to arrange for redelivery . Great customer service.
