Very friendly staff I dealt with, highly professional with a great sense of humor. The service itself was excellent with quick delivery and clear tracking information through out. Package to Zambia, Africa, delivered within a week. I am so happy and grateful. Will definitely be using this service again.

My favs - would rather send parcels through these guys than Nz post - the last package I sent I saved $60-$70 not going through NZ post and instead pack & send Palmy!The service is always impeccable, they’re so friendly and helpful with all customers & even the general public passing by when they’re loading couriers or helping the truckies.I’m delightfully surprised it only took 2 days at this time of the year for my package to be sent from here to the South Island!I believe the staff on are actually the owners of the palmy Pack & send ,they always try to save as much money for you while ensuring the parcels/packaging are safe, secure and tracked, giving you the best bang for ya bucks & peace of mind, outstanding service - ALWAYS is appreciated, as here in NZ , Palmy the service is very robotic.So thanks, your hard work isn’t gone unnoticed.Merry Christmas you beautiful people.

The team at Pack & Send Palmerston North were friendly, helpful and professional every step of the way. They took time to show me how the fragile china items I was sending would be wrapped and packed, and explained the delivery process really well. Communication and tracking was excellent, my parcel reached its destination wonderfully quickly, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Well done and thanks Pack & Send!

In general P & S is good but they use other transporters like Mainfreight who are not so careful. My Item (kayak) was shipped as Sensitive Freight, from Palmerston North to Auckland and was damaged during transit.
