The owner is a hard worker, but hires temp staff to help him, so it’s not a smooth operation. I thought $190ph sounded reasonable for three guys and a truck, but the move took ages, so ended up costing over $2k to move a 90m house two blocks. Admittedly, the truck access wasnt great at each location, but I’m pretty sure I got screwed on price here.
